With over 12 years of experience as a bodyworker, I discovered my "intuitive sense" while working with essential oils during massage school. This intuition has transitioned into my work with crystal energy healing, enabling me to uniquely connect with the appropriate crystals to promote balance, healing, and inner peace.
I personally experienced remarkable results through various meditation styles when I faced deep depression, anxiety, and sporadic sleep due to multiple physical injuries. I learned that there is no right or wrong way to practice meditation—all that matters is your commitment to yourself and the areas of your life where you seek solace, contentment, and ease.
